Why the name "Bearcat"?

In 2010 a purrfect, beautiful kitten came into our lives. When we started our home bakery we knew that our products would be just as luxurious as Bear. Although he passed away in 2022, we continue to honor our precious boy by creating treats as sweet as he was.
